1. General returns and refund policy

We attach great importance to the quality of our products and to customer satisfaction. Every item is carefully prepared and checked before shipping.
However, if a product does not meet your expectations, you have a right of return under the conditions described below.

Right of withdrawal: in accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw, without having to give a reason. This right does not apply to food products and natural materials whose packaging has been opened (Article L.221-28).

2. Non-returnable products

For reasons of hygiene and food safety, food products cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the event of an error on our part or a product found defective on receipt. Items that have been opened, damaged or used cannot be refunded.

3. Returnable products

Non-food items (for example: natural stones, resins, etc.) may be returned within 30 days of receiving the order.

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be new, unused and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) must be included.

4. Return procedure

Before returning anything, please contact us at:

Please state your order number, the product(s) concerned and the reason for the return (defect, error, dissatisfaction, etc.).

We will then give you the return address and the steps to follow.
Parcels returned without prior agreement cannot be accepted.

5. Refund

Once the returned product has been received and checked, we will process the refund:

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. Processing usually takes 10 working days after receipt of the parcel.

6. Damaged products or order errors

If you receive a defective or incorrect product:

Contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of receipt, with a photo as evidence.
